High School Practice Test - Online Resources

During their 8th Grade year, students will take a High School Entrance exam depending on where they want to go to High School. These resources are links to practice tests and review tools to help them. Some of these may be specific towards the Chicago Catholic High School practice tests, but the principles and concepts remain as universal knowledge requirements for the students. For simplicity's sake, I've included all elements of the test, not just the math and quantitative aspects. 

 

When preparing for the exam, it is recommended that students review all previous concepts, especially for Math. There are test prep courses available through Big Shoulders Fund, local schools, and online. Kaplan also sells a HSPT/COOP/TACHs prep book. We will also dedicate some class time to help students prepare for the test as well, usually starting sometime in October.
