Employer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Use tax-free dollars to help pay for qualified expenses. An FSA allows you to contribute pre-tax earnings into a special account that can be used to pay for eligible dependent care expenses. Morning/Extended care fees, summer camp, and preschool tuition are generally covered expenses under pre-tax flexible spending/dependent care accounts. FACTS reports are designed to provide the necessary information to claim these covered expenses from your plan. Please consult the terms of your employer's plan for specifics. Contact FACTS customer support at 866-441-4637 if you need assistance finding the required documentation.
