+ Enrollment Information
Classrooms fill up fast and enrollment is on a first-come first-serve basis.
Enrollment packets are accepted up to one year in advance of the year you wish to enroll, pending availability.
However, to be considered in the first round of new student acceptance in January, all new student enrollment packets should be submitted by February 28th.
All payments will be made online through your Facts account.
- Payments can be spread over 11 months (June - April) or over 10 months (June - March).
- Tuition paid in full by July 1st or at the time of enrollment receive a 2.5% discount.
- Payment dates are either the 1st, 15th, or 20th of the month.
- The online enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment.
- The learning and technology fee is due May 2nd.
- The Facts fee will be due with your June tuition payment if enrolling before May 10th.
- If enrolling after May 10th, the learning and technology fee, and Facts fee are also due at the time of enrollment.
If enrolling in July:
- Payments will be divided by 10 months (July - April) or 9 months (July - March).
- Tuition paid in full, at the time of enrollment, will receive a 2.5% discount.
- Payment dates are either the 1st, 15th, or 20th of the month.
- The online enrollment fee, learning and technology fee, and Facts fee are due at the time of enrollment.
- If enrolling after July 7th, the first month of tuition is also due at the time of the enrollment.
If enrolling in August:
- Payments will be divided by 9 months (August - April).
- Tuition paid in full, at the time of enrollment, will receive a 2.5% discount.
- Payment date is the 1st of every month.
- The online enrollment fee, learning and technology fee, and Facts fee are due at the time of enrollment.
- The first month of tuition is also due at the time of enrollment.

+ What should I bring on the day of the tour with my child?
For grades 5th - 8th:
As part of the application process, you and your child will need to schedule a tour and meet with our principal, Mrs. Reinhart.

+ What do I need to enroll?
Upon being accepted the following is needed:
- Enrollment packet completed for each child (The link sent upon acceptance).
- Student enrollment fee (non-refundable) due at the time of enrollment.
- Student learning and technology fee (non-refundable after July 1st) due at time of enrollment (if after May 3rd).
- Facts fee due at time of enrollment (if after May 3rd)
- First month's tuition due at time of enrollment (if after July 7th)
- A copy of child’s birth certificate
- A copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- A copy of communion certificate (if applicable)
- Copies of report cards (Grades 1 -8)
- Signed release of records form if your child has attended another school
- Copies of standardized testing reports (Grades 1-8)
- Copy of Physical (all new students)
- Copy of immunizations (all new students)
- Copy of vision (new students K-8)
- Copy of dental (new students K-8)
