Classrooms fill up fast and registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.
Applications for admission are accepted up to one year in advance of the year you wish to enroll.
However, to be considered in the first round of new student acceptance in January, all new student applications should be submitted by January 20th. 
 
The annual tuition amount is divided by 11 months (June - April).
Payment dates are either the 1st, 15th, or 20th of the month.
The registration fee is due at the time of application. 
The technology fee and instructional fee(s) are due May 1st. 
The Facts fee will be due with your June tuition payment if registered before May 10th.
If registering after May 10th, the technology fee, instructional fee(s), and Facts fee is also due at the time of application.
 
If registering in July:
  • Payments will be divided by 10 months (July - April).
  • Payment dates are either the 1st, 15th, or 20th of the month.
  • The registration, technology fee, instructional fee(s), and Facts fee are due at the time of application.
  • If registering after July 15th, the first month of tuition is also due at the time of the application. 
 
If registering in August:
  • Payments will be divided by 9 months (August - April).
  • Payment date is the 1st of every month.
  • The registration, technology fee, instructional fee(s), and Facts fee are due at the time of application..
  • The first month of tuition is also due at the time of the application. 
 
When applying, you and your child will need to meet/tour with our principal, Mrs. Stewart.
You will need to submit these items for admission review:
  • Completed admissions application form for each child applying
  • Copies of report cards (Grades 1 -8)
  • Copies of standardized testing reports (Grades 1-8)

Upon being accepted the following is needed:
  • Facts online registration completed https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/428TV

  • Family registration fee (non-refundable) due at time of application
  • Per child instructional fee (non-refundable after July 1st) due at time of application
  • Facts fee due at time of application (if after May 10th)
  • First month's tuition due at time of application (if after July 7th)
  • New student survey (Link found at the bottom of this page)
  • Probationary form for all grades (Link found at the bottom of this page)
  • A copy of child’s birth certificate
  • A copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
  • A copy of communion certificate (if applicable)
  • Copies of report cards (Grades 1 -8)
  • Signed release of records form if your child has attended another school
  • Copies of standardized testing reports (Grades 1-8)
  • Copy of Physical (all new students)
  • Copy of immunizations (all new students)
  • Copy of vision (new students K-8)
